GOING UP IN THE WORLD!

We are grateful to IWA for funding a course entitled “Towers for Users” on 19th September. This was held in Wednesbury and started at 0800 Hrs, which meant a very early start for Marion, Jim and myself! It was very useful and informative because we three, plus new volunteer Martin Ayers are now qualified to assemble, use and dis-assemble our 7m tower properly and safely. The course involved a 2 hour classroom session, followed by a written test (which we had to pass!) and finally a practical test involving the erection and dis-assembly of two differing types of tower.
