WAPPENSHALL LAND DEVELOPMENT
There is a Vision Document that has been submitted to Telford & Wrekin Council for a large housing development at Wappenshall and the surrounding land north of the A442. The consortium that has produced the document has offered to hold a drop-in session for all Trust members. This will be your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about this proposal.

Time: 4pm – 6pm
Venue: Committee Room at the Wellington Leisure Centre – enter through the main doors of the leisure centre and turn left towards the café. Follow the signs from there.

Format: Drop in session, any time between 4 and 6pm
There will be large scale maps and other details on display boards plus a large copy of the masterplan which will be set out on tables in the middle of the room.
Consortium representatives will be Lindsay Salvin (Hallam Land Management), John Acres, Reiss Sadler (Marrons), Matt Smith (Bellway) & Matt Pruce (HLM) who will talk through the plans and answer any questions etc
