IWA’S “DANNY” WEEKEND

21st and 22nd September 2019 saw our IWA Region organise a special weekend aboard the Daniel Adamson Steam Ship, or “Danny” as she is known, anchored in Liverpool’s Albert Dock, for a Restoration Trust’s Showcase. The weather on the Saturday was hot and sunny with over 500 visitors coming aboard to see the Art Decor Lounge, where SNCT and 3 other Trusts gave presentations throughout the day. Sunday proved to be less popular, as the weather turned wet and windy! But CRT’s Julie Sharman braved the elements to come to the event and here she met Trustee Phil Jones on our stand. We are very grateful to the Danny’s volunteer crew for allowing us aboard free of charge.
