Shropshire Wildlife Trust will be using the Newport Canal adjacent to the Black Shed to demonstrate their water testing kits and demonstrating how to use the River Health Checker App to record the results . The App enables timely reporting of water pollution.

Trust members can become part of this monitoring process, ensuring this section of the canal is monitored for any possible pollution.

So, come along between 1700 and 1800 Hrs on 8th October and see how it’s done!
