EAST BERM CONSTRUCTION AT WAPPENSHALL

The third and final berm at Wappenshall’s East Basin is well underway. This week our volunteers not only significantly progressed this big job, but also managed to remove the earth ramp that has been in place to enable plant to access the basin. This now means that all the spoil has finally been removed and is on part of our car park awaiting disposal.

Martin, Phil and William make the joint by taping the polythene together using a hot air gun
The first 7 of 14 courses are in place – that’s over 200 concrete blocks!
