WE “RAMP UP” ACTION AT WAPPENSHALL!
To enable us to get into the East basin to construct the retaining wall along the towpath, we needed to build a ramp. It will be used to get both materials and our volunteers safely into and out of the basin. Just need to wait for the bottom of the basin to dry out some more first! We can then add the top planks. It will make it too heavy if we add them first.
